Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the USA and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Maui Homeopathy you must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Maui Homeopathy retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be MAUI HOMEOPATHY or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Maui Homeopathy is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.. Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and to provide only acceptable Member Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside..
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service (including the Privacy Policy, any other Maui Homeopathy policies linked to herein, and where relevant the Community Guidelines) constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Maui Homeopathy. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Maui Homeopathy.
Maui Homeopathy offers an Easy Return Policy!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it in it’s original condition for a refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where applicable, any restocking fees are applied according to the total purchase price of the order.
Refunded amounts are non-negotiable, and are calculated according to the purchase price of the items being returned to us. Sales are final for all clearance items.

Customers are expected to keep a record of their tracking numbers.
Once we receive and process a return/exchange, we will issue a refund within fifteen (15) business days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method used for the order. E.g.: If an order was paid via PayPal, the refund would be sent to your PayPal account. If an order was paid via credit card, it may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fifteen (15) business days of our receiving and processing your return, please contact us at shone@mauihomeopathy.com with your order information. To expedite the process, please include your order number, relevant item numbers, and return tracking info.
If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us to request reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee. If a reshipment is not requested, we will issue a refund, less all shipping fees.
No returns will be accepted for clearance items (which also includes products $10 or less).
All sales are final for international orders.
All promotions applied to an order, including any free shipping promotions, will be subject to adjustment on returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
